TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STALLHOLDERS
The markets will not be cancelled due to bad/wet weather, and will only be cancelled in the event of an extreme weather event. Because of our non-refundable costs we simply cannot refund fees. If the weather may not be ideal on market day please make the necessary adjustments to your stall to cater for this so as not to be a health and safety issue.
We will make a call the morning of the event, not before. If a market is cancelled by Paws at the Park on the day stallholders who have already paid, will receive a credit for the following event.
Paws at the Park withhold the right to cancel any stallholder’s booking at any time as deemed appropriate.
All stall sites are 3x3m and unpowered unless a double or powered stall has been booked. After 14 days our from the event we're unable to take requests for extra space or sharing stalls with other businesses that we don't already know about.
You will need to bring your own 3x3 marquee, tables, weights etc.
Stalls must be weighted at all times.
If you are going to be late, they must contact the Organiser within 30 minutes of your bump in time, or your site may be allocated to another stallholder.
Stallholder vehicles may enter the venue to unload directly to your stall site, with a 15 min max unload time and 1 vehicle per stall allowed. You must unload all equipment and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible before setting up your stall.
All stallholder vehicles are to be parked in designated stallholder parking area
All Vehicles must be out of the market area 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
If you arrive within the 30 minutes prior to the event starting time you will be required to carry all equipment to your space.
More details are provided within the bump in email sent out before the event.
Vehicles will not be granted access to the market area until 15 minutes after the end of the event, and when all attendees have left the grounds
Please note if you have requested a vehicle on-site it must be behind your stall - not next to it unless already discussed.
We suggest obtaining your own public liability from AUZI insurance - they are fantastic to deal with. We do not take responsibility if an accident occurs within your stall - so its best to be covered. You must have a current public liability insurance policy to trade at Paws at the Park.
We select stallholders to ensure variety and the least competition possible. Please ensure you only have products for sale that have been approved through your application. We unfortunately must turn away a large number of applicants, and it is not fair to then have similar products to theirs sold without our knowledge.
Placement of stallholders will be at the discretion of the organisers. Site fees do not guarantee stallholders a binding hold on a particular site within the market, and stallholders must follow the direction of the organisers where required.
Paws at the Park prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming market - no negativity regarding other stallholders (including their products/services) will be tolerated. Please do not attempt to move attendees from other stalls to your own.
If using power you must bring your own tested and tagged 240V leads and power boards. Please ensure your leads are 10-20m long. Unfortunately no spare leads will be available.
